ABOUT

Hi, and thanks for stopping by! Im Jolene the founder of The Pilates Sanctuary and the principal instructor here at the studio.

​

I am an accredited Pilates Instructor with a background in Remedial Massage Therapy and big passion for health and fitness!

​

Aside from Pilates, running is my other love, i have completed a few half marathons and a full marathon!

​

Pilates has helped me to remain strong, run further and rehabilitate any injuries as a consequence of my sport. All the benefits and results i received from regular Pilates sessions inspired me to begin a career in teaching.

 

I am very passionate about helping people move their bodies, rehabilitate from injuries and live life as strong, and pain free as possible!
